UK delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. 

 

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to the Harpenden area. If you live in AL5, a free delivery option will appear at check out, but this only happens if you use SHOP to checkout. For some reason Google and ApplePay can't provide this. If you have any issues with checkout for local delivery, we can always refund the postage so please don't hesitate to contact us. We will contact you within two days to arrange delivery. 

 

Postage costs (UK customers only)

£4 for a small parcel weighing up to 2kg, using Royal Mail tracked 48.

£6.50 for a medium parcel, using Royal Mail tracked 48. We try and state which larger items will qualify for this in the item description, but if your parcel is also exceeding 2kg in weight, it will fall into this price category. 

Free shipping is available on all orders over £50. 

International customers

At the moment we are only shipping domestically to our customers in the UK. We hope to change this soon, once we have got our head around the various taxes and duties. If you have an enquiry in the meantime, please don't hestitate to contact us at hello@melodyway.co.uk

 

Eco-friendly packaging

Here at Melody Way, we are always trying to find ways to be gentler to the planet and for this reason we re-use as much packaging material as we can. You may therefore find that the box you receive has been previously used. Whilst it may not be as beautiful on the outside, we hope that you're delighted with the contents! 

 

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you are really happy with your Melody Way items but if for whatever reason your items arrive not as you expected them to, please do get in touch with us at hello@melodyway.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. After this time we will be unable to process a refund. We do not cover the cost of returns but would recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail tracked 48.
